COASTAL BEND YOUTH
OTB was founded on stewardship. Fishing connects Coastal Bend youth and families to the environment, to their coastal identity and to pride in caring for the place they call home.
HANDS-ON LEARNING
SKILLS & CONFIDENCE
Young anglers learn fishing techniques, safety and respectful fish handling alongside parents, coaches and volunteers. Shared time on the water builds practical skills, confidence and friendships.

Recognized by the City of Corpus Christi and the State of Texas, OTB is a Texan by Nature Conservation Partner. Youth-program grant support includes the Oliver Foundation and The Trull Foundation.

Over the Bridge Future Fishers brings Coastal Bend families, anglers, educators and volunteers together around a shared responsibility for our waters.
WHY OVER THE BRIDGE
The bridge connects our communities to the Gulf and Laguna Madre. OTB connects young people to the coast through fishing, mentorship and hands-on learning, helping them develop a sense of belonging and responsibility.

Fishing skills and stewardship grow together. Club sessions, camps, tournaments and cleanups give young anglers opportunities to learn with others and care for the places they enjoy.
