Refund & Return Policy (All Sales Final)Over the Bridge Future Fishers is a nonprofit. Every purchase helps fund gear, trips, and access that get youth on the water. For that reason, all merchandise sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns for sizing or preference changes.

If your order arrives damaged or we made an error (wrong item sent), please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll replace it or correct the order.

Shipping Policy (USPS Standard Mail): All merchandise orders ship via USPS Standard Mail within the United States.

Processing Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing. Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.

Shipping Time (USPS Estimate): After your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days (USPS estimate). Shipping times may vary due to holidays, weather, or USPS delays.

Tracking: Tracking information will be emailed or provided once your order ships (when available).

Address Accuracy: Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We can’t guarantee changes once an order is placed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.

Lost/Delayed Packages: USPS delays can happen. If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate your package, please check with household members/neighbors and your local post office first. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
